At Price Right Mall, we want to see your package arrive safely. We use Fed-Ex Ground services to ship all of our packages unless a common carrier is needed for larger items. Once your order is shipped from our docks at Price Right Mall, you will then be automatically contacted via email with your tracking and shipping information. You can then log-on directly to www.fedex.com to track your package and know when it is going to arrive to your home. Once you receive your information, you may want to print it out for later use in tracking your order.

Expected Delivery:

Most generally, you should receive your package within 5-7 business days once it leaves our docks. Orders will normally ship out within 2-3 business days after your order is received here at Price Right Mall. With larger orders or heavy items such as scooters, this time could vary. If an item is Out Of Stock at the time of your order, we will place you on our wait list for the product and you will receive an email concerning your back ordered product.

Order Cancellations:

If for some reason, you wish to cancel an order you have placed; you will need to let us know before it ships. If an order has already been shipped and you decide to cancel, you will be responsible for all shipping charges of the item or items before a credit will be given and there will be a 30 percent restocking fee. If an order is cancelled before it ships, we will gladly refund your purchase amount at that time. Cancellations must be made by email only at support@pricerightmall.com

Our Return Policy:

30 Day Return Policy - (does not pertain to scooters - see below)
We want you to be happy with the purchase you have made here at Price Right Mall. If for some reason you need to return an item that you are not satisfied with, or is defective, you will need to contact us via email in advance before shipping. All returns must be in it's original factory condition and must include all materials included with the product such as packaging, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and accessories. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all returns and customer is responsible for all shipping cost. Returns may be refused if all of these guidelines are not followed. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping. Returns are not accepted without a return authorization number that will be sent to you via email.

Terms Of Our Return Policy
1. Product must be in original container or box and must be in new and resalable condition. This also pertains to defective items. Product must have all owners manuals, accessories etc. If any items including original parts, manuals, tags, labels, keys, accessories, stickers or other documentation are missing, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee based on the full purchase price including shipping charges.
2. You will be responsible for return shipping charges and shipping must be paid from the purchasers end. Return shipping must be made via Fed-Ex only. You will be responsible for the return shipping fully and any damage that may occur during the return shipping therefore we suggest that you purchase shipping insurance on the return of the product. Any damages in returning the product without insurance will result in a 30% restocking fee.
3. Your returned product must have the return authorization number clearly marked on the package when we receive it back in our shipping department. Any products or packages returned to our shipping department without the return authorization number on it will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personal Hygiene Items
We cannot allow refunds on personal hygiene items as it is against the law. This would pertain to items such as hair products, makeup, perfumes, under garments, body products etc. Once again, it is against the law and no returns are allowed on these items.

DVD's, CD's, Videos
We cannot allow refunds on DVD's, CD's or Videos.

Fuel Powered Products
All fuel powered products such as R/C Hobbies, Superbikes, Pocket Bikes, Gas Scooters, Go-Carts, 4-Wheelers, Mini Choppers are non-returnable. It is against the law to ship a fueled container due to Federal Regulations.

Refused Deliveries:

Returns will be made for the original purchase price per your order minus shipping and handling charges. Returns are not accepted without a return authorization number that will be sent to you via email. All accepted returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Before returning a product, you must email us for your return authorization number at support@pricerightmall.com

If a customer refuses delivery of a purchase they have made, they will be responsible for "All To And From Shipping And Handling Charges" and a 50 percent restocking fee. There will be no refunds until the product is received back at our facilities.
